Requirements：
Thousand-Talent Program for Young Outstanding Scientists ---------Planed for Xinjiang
1.At least a M. A degree; if get the degree in China, must be work overseas continuously for more than 3 years; below age of 40.
2.Got a teaching position or a research position in well-known overseas universities, research institutions or R&D Department in famous corporation before submission.
3.Professional talents over their peer and have potential to become academic leader or technology leader in the field;
4.Exceptional talent introduction must be met: have already got outstanding achievements during PhD’s studies or have other outstanding deeds.
5.Once introduced, selected should be work for XAO at least 3 years.
Treatment:
1.Enjoy the same pay package as researcher of XAO.
2.Once elected, 1~3 million RMB supporting funds can be obtained as well as one-off individual grants of 0.5 million RMB. Meanwhile, 0.7 million research grants will be provided by XAO.
3.For other relevant funding supporting, the candidate can also apply for it.
4.Be entitled for the benefits of 2000RMB per month in 3 years.
5.80 thousand RMB living allowance will be provided by XAO.
